Release 0.2.4 refines uninstall into a clean, single-pass removal that returns the machine to its pre-install state, and fixes a certificate condition that affected remote installs when there was no signed-in user.

Bug Fixes

• Automatic recovery from a broken certificate state: Some machines could end up with the local certificate present but its private key missing from the keychain — a state that caused the collector to display an error and send no usage data, with no automatic recovery. The app now self-heals and repairs it automatically, both on launch and when re-registering the certificate, instead of requiring a manual forced re-registration. A locked keychain is left untouched so a healthy certificate is never disturbed.

Improvements

• Clean, single-pass uninstall: Uninstalling removes the app along with all of its components — its certificate and trust settings, its files under your Library folder, its Launch-at-Login entry, and its installer receipt — so the machine is returned to its pre-install state. The steps that require administrator approval are handled together in a single prompt, and any uninstall failures are properly logged.
